All Players are required to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. Deposits made via Malaysian e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and online banking (DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) are typically credited to your Account immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. RichCity88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

Where a wagering requirement is specified, this means the total amount you must wager before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be made. For example, a bonus of RM50with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling RM1,500 before the bonus amount becomes eligible for withdrawal. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the RichCity88 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all Account Balances and Bonus Funds:

RichCity88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend Platform for maintenance, updates, or emergency technical remediation without liability to Players.
In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is restricted by law, RichCity88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your Account, including both real money funds and Bonus Funds, may be forfeited at our discretion. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request and there is no breach, any verified real money balance will be returned to the Player after completing all outstanding verification requirements.
